MTN BAD SERVICE

Doesn't even deserve a star at all. It's been 9months and nothing has been done. You guys are giving me a bad credit score when all I want to do is close my account. The call center service are so bad I literally spend a hour on hold and 43mins of a lady having her own conversation to her colleague. I have 14 different reference numbers but nothing is being done. I want my things to be sorted out by the end of this week or you guys will be hearing from my lawyers. I WILL ESCALATE THIS MATTER FURTHER IF U DO NOT HELP ME.
