MTN Bad Service

I regret taking a contract with MTN I have never experienced such pathetic service , I went to spring mall to take a new contract only to find that the phone is heating up , I was never given any terms and conditions so I al**** within 7 days to ask if I can return the phone since it’s heating up , I was ad used yes I can because it’s within 7 days I can cancel the contract or change phone , when I arrived at the store they called their Rude manger who changed everything and said no they must book the phone for repairs I asked how when it’s within 7 days she said no they calculate their Sunday and Saturday as a normal day I asked but you never advised me she said no Let’s book in for repairs then the feedback we get they will conclude if I get a new phone or use the same phone I said no am not going to take that phone back in any case I no longer want that contract , she said I wil get feedback , it’s been 2 months I have been waiting for feedback when I call at the shop they say she is not available she will call me back , I then sent an email to mtn complaints they just escalate a case you don’t feedback , I sent mother email they opened another case reference for the same query , I got an email from Brian Tshabalala saying he will assist till today he is still assisting he asked for my ID which was sent from the 1st email I have not yet received anything.
