Mtn bad service

I have ported to mtn in less that a week on the 27 November 2022 ever since that day each time I load airtime it disappears I’m told I subscribed to something I don’t even know how and when, so each day I put R30 airtime within 10 minutes it’s gone please mtn release my phone numbers to Cellc I’m porting to them since your service is *******. I have been to a store in eastgate I was told it’s a head office matter🙄🙄 mtn ****** ducking release my number
