MTN bad service

Good day

My prepaid number has been deactivated by MTN since 17 September 2018 and when I investigate I found out that someone used my number for a TFG contract under one2one and it was not paid. I did speak to TFG regarding the matter and they told me they have asked MTN to activate the number and move it to prepaid to my suprise is been a month now and MTN have'nt done anything. I do have corresponded emails from TFG claiming that they have submitted everything to MTN to activate my number.

I have went to MTN head office on 14th Avenue and they told me that they can't help me even at the store they say the same thing. At the head office I was told that MTN won't be able to help me immediately since my number was not on contract meaning MTN first priority clients is the contract clients only. I was told the same by the store consultants at the mall they even said if it was on contract they were gonna help immediately. They told me I should expect 6 months turn around time while I am loosing on job opportunities since the numbe is my main contact.

I am very dissapointed how MTN does things some lady at MTN head office even said if I knew some one in there it was gonna be simple. Meaning also people with connections get help first.
