MTN bad service

MTN in Lambton Germiston are absolutely useless My phone was locked due to been over the monthly limit Went in to the Lambton shop and was amazed at the slow pace that the staff worked at I was eventually attended to and was told to dial 135 and that they will increase my monthly limit Dialled 135 and the voice message told me that my service was suspended and to contact my service provider After losing my confidence in the staff I then drove to Bedford centre The service there was excellent and it took about 5 minutes to fix The staff in the Lambton shop are lazy and have an attitude towards their customers They should be fired or at least sent on training on customer service When my contract is up I will look at other service providers
