Mtn bad service
Its been over a year now im still waiting for legal department to remove the hold on the account and settle the credit for the ********** account that was opened under my name. I've laid complaints after complaints and still nothing has been done. I've called ***** now that part was eventually sorted after my lawyers had to intervene. Now im going from pillar to post to get the credit clearance .everytime i call in they say the matter has been escalated. How many more years will this take now.?Can someone please provide me with the direct number for mtn legal department im so sick of this. This has now started to affect my credit record.
