MTN bad service

We are at MTN New Market Park Alberton ….. and the service is really unacceptable…. We have an issue with a phone, called the service centre and they informed us to go to our nearest branch for assistance…. We are now at the branch and have been told to phone the call centre ….🙈🙈🙈come on guys GET your act together this is totally unacceptable ……
