Mtn bad service

I handed in a new phone 2 days old with a problem and mtn is useless trying to find out what is going on and the Hermanys store where phone was handed in treats a person like an idiot and just never answers there phone ir gets back to a person After 21 years if being a client by them I am strongly thinking of cancelling all my contracts MTN SUCKS
