MTN BAD SERVICE.

Never had more bad service then with MTN. Made phonecalls for days on end. Took a 36 month LTE contract with 120gb for R249 per month. 20 minutes later the date is finished. I'm transferred from one rep to another one department to another. Still not helped. Children crying in the background. Reps dropping the phone in my ear. Where do I go for help. I need this service to be stopped asap. Please assist me in this matter.
