MTN BAD SERVICE

i selected an additional devise online 3 weeks ago, and still have not heard anything from them. i sent them emails and nothing, all the do is apologies but no positive feedback is given. and then they send a please rate the consultant email, how do they expect we must rate them if nothing is solved. no one gets back to you, they rather advise the customer to contact another office instead of requesting that office to call the customer. PATHETIC SERVICE.
