Mtn bad service

Nothing irritates like the mtn app, if it's not effective and not working they should shut it down. I made payment via the app beginning of January and yet mtn has gone and suspended my services because the payment made via their own app has not been allocated. This is the second time I'm going through this with them. Now their failing app is affecting me
