MTN Bad Service

I have for many years respected MTN but have recently experienced months of poor service. I work from home so need reliability but data speeds in my area vary daily from 1mb/s to 50mb/s. When it drops to 1mb/s it does so for days at a time. I report the problem, they blame power outages and say a technician needs to go onsite to restore and that sometimes takes days to happen, hurting my ability to work. I suggested back up power supply to the MTN Coverage Call Centre and they say not an option
