MTN bad service

I'm trying to get a quote for early contract cancellation and there is no contact number, when I call it and follow the prompts they redirect me back to the main menu.

Then I email and they want my Full name, ID number, contact number, physical address and banking details.

Are you kidding me !?

Horrible service
