MTN bad service

I have been a longstanding MTN customer and have been experiencing data connectivity issues since 03/02/2021. I have contacted the call centre on several occasions and nobody seems to know what the issue is. When I buy prepaid data it works just fine but my contract data doesn't work. I have sent a complaint to the MTN complaints email address on 6/02 which was acknowledged by an electronic return email. To date I have not been contacted. The service levels are terrible. I wonder if they take their customers complaints seriously.
