MTN bad service

I have a problem with MTN. I recently lost a cellphone that I insured with MTN and I am struggling to block it due to lack of assistance. I lost my cellphone 19th of March 2022 and I tried to report the matter for the phone to be blocked but I am still struggling till date. On the Tuesday the 22 March 2022 I went to Jabulani mall where I was told that my cellphone contract was not linked to my policy schedule and I must wait for 7 working day to be linked. I phoned the call center 135 only to find that the problem persist. Today i phoned the call center and i was told It is still not linked and I must wait again *** *** *** *** the list is endless the current ref number *** and the lady said the manager will call after 3 minutes and never call
