MTN bad review

We have been without signal at our house since last week Tuesday 02 May 2022. I live 45 km out of town and therefore only get signal when I'm on my way into town. If I have an emergency I cannot phone or have any other form of communication. I have an elderly grandparent who also lives out my way which also cannot phone should she have an emergency. I am paying and might I add a lot of money each month to get ZERO service from MTN. In the last 22 years this is the worst service I have ever received from them. When we query it we get told sorry the tower was vandalized. I am so over this excuse. Upgrade the security company or make alternative choices when it comes to "protecting" the tower. As soon as my contract expires with MTN I'm changing service providers! TIRED of BAD SERVICE.
