MTN bad reception

I have been struggling months with my MTN reception at home but received absolutely no feedback from MTN from emails I've sent in. It seems our whole area is struggling with reception. Most day we have no reception cannot make calls can only communicate via Whatsapp through our wifi. I need action as in a booster to enhance my reception
