MTN BAD ***PERIENCE

Herewith I would like to advice other users regarding MTN Shop close to Game in Rustenburg Mall. I upgraded my Wifi Contract to Uncapped and a week later I still have no Internet. I did not have a problem before but this time it is rediculous. Been going to the shop on numerous times to have problem fixed. Even going to MTN at Square Sar and they did not want to assist as I upgraded at Mall. Saying they will not keep on fixing that stores problems. Going back again to the shop I was promised someone from MTN will phone us at 20H00 to assist with the Internet problem. I am still waiting. Today I will rather Cancel Contract as I have 7 days to Cancel and mine will be up today.
