mtn BAD NEWS BADS ISP BAD NETWORK EMPTY N

9 months and my internet speed problem have still not been resolved 2 Days no network. The batteries needs to sufficiently charge. mtn wake up loadshedding is here to stay. What is the way forward. Clients can't sit without network for up to 4 hours and additional hours until batteries is charged. One would think mtn would be more proactive instead of reactively waiting batteries to charge🙄 If is not loadshedding, it's batteries charging or site might be vandalized, or no network speed in my case for 8 months. Seems mtn is just finessing as the days go and at the end of the day the customer always suffer/lose.😡😡I would suggest people stay with telkom.... the old but wise
