MTN bad move

I'm verry disappointed with the service I am getting each and every month I'll have less that 10 days of smooth connection with their home internet connection all other days I have to call in reboot router and get connected for few how's then same thing after few hours, 50% threshold gets reached in 3 days and the throttle the connection and when I signed this deal I advised that I`m working from home and they promised this is good for me now this is my daily struggle. I cannot connect my tv and work and not it's only this laptop and my phone but still got issues....
