MTN bad ***** report service

I was phoned by ********* who know my names and claimes he is from MTN and that some ask for a sim swop on my husbands phone number and if it wasn't us he is going to fixed it on the system. When I reiceived sms's on my phone about my account my husband talk to the man and tell him he is ********* whille I phone MTN to report it, I had to hold for about 10min before my call was put through. The lady said I must make affidavit at poluce station, what I did. I send it to the mail they give me. I ask MTN several times to please reverse the money and data the ********* put on my husbands phone but lucky couln't take it as we were to fast for him, but no luck they still keep me resonsible for the R16 295.93, that I'm not going to pay as I did everything that MTN ask me to do and I did ask that the data and limit increase be reversed and MTN just revused because I give the otp pin. It was only because the guy informing me he is phoning from MTN and have my details so then MTN must look at their system on how could the ********* get hold of my infor and why inform them if they are not willing to help you. If this is the case then I cancell my contract with MTN and go to another network. And I had my first contract wit MTN from 2006. Before that I was on MTN pay as you go and this is the service you get for being a loyal customer. Thanks MTN for nothing.
