MTN BAD FOR BUSNINESS

I would like to log A complaint about MTN

I had an account that was in arrears with MTN and that was handed over to the lawyers this happened in Jan 2024 I have since paid My Account up to date i Feb 2024 and paid every Month I also took out 3 New contracts with them but the keep on updating my credit report to say that the account is handed over

I have logged several complaints with experian the Credit bureau and when they fix it MTN gives them the wrong information again.

I have spoken to MTN Legal department but no one is willing to help. Me and my wife need to buy a house but we can't because of the credit information that MTN provides to experian.

I have been trying to get MTN to give the credit Bureau the right information for 5 Months and MTN DOES NOT CARE they update the credit bureau wrong but giving out new contracts this is one major concern
