MTN BAD FOR BUSINESS

MTN are taking advantage of uneducated person ,i hade a phone contract with them and every month i went into store and paid my account upon end of my contract i asked my husband to send them email confirming i will not renew my contract ,now today years later my husband got declined for opening account due to the fact that i was handed over for my MTN contract i am still using my MTN simcard but ended my contract years ago ..CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN
