MTN BAD FIBRE PROVIDER

We feel ****med by MTN South Africa, they advertise on Facebook about Fibre promotions but after you already cancelled your previous provider they actually sell you to Supersonic which do not come back to us regarding any challenges we have regarding the slow speed of the internet. They have a clause that you cannot cancel your month to month fibre package but how can I be satisfied to pay such a provider that give Supersonic the tender so they don't deal with enquiries? I would like to cancel how do we go about that? After many tickets logged at Supersonic they just give a miss call of few seconds to the phone to show on their records they phoned but its a total ****. do not ever buy from MTN SA any fibre packages they tender it to Supersonic and don't worry about the bad service we receive.
