Mtn bad experience with repair

We sent in one of our contract phones in for repair, at Mtn klerksdorp Checkers centre. The date was 04/11/18. It was sent away for repair but when we got it back phone was scratched were it didnt have any marks on phone, the lady that helped us was Nicolett Gewers. She then told us she will sent it back. When we went back after 2 months the phone was never send in again and nothing was repaired. We are paying a phone on contract that we only had a month and a half in our hands, the rest it was at the mtn shop. Can we please get feed back what we can do next? No phone, nothing repaired but still paying our montly payment.
