MTN bad experience

Took the R265 MTN Wi-Fi package. It does not connect since day 1 I called and don’t get assisted the MTN staff dropped the calls. I want to cancel the contract but even the voiceprints on 135 is not directing me. After hanging on for a while the call just drops. What a bad experience
