MTN BAD

Yesterday I bought R70 airtime as I was not home. From that airtime I bought R29 data for 30 days. I got home just after 09:30 where we have WiFi and I did not bother with my phone. This morning I had R0 airtime and 0 data. How is that possible? Ridiculous . And their website is unavailable
