Mtn bad customers service
I did apply for n Contract phone they delivered it I gave them my I'd copy and proof of address then the delivery dsv took finger printing it didn't work tried three times I tried to phone customers service from yester day and today everytime they put me to different departments and the same they can't even help me but they want customers

01 Dec 2023, 16:38They must organise so they can just do the papers with the courier and not the finger printing but mtn failure their value customers ànd they gonna lost more customers if they goes on like that looks like their people don't now wot they r doing
