MTN bad customer services

Good day MTN I had a bad experience with the customer services of MTN as well as all the other sections customer service's doesn't know where to send you if you've got a problem they sent you from pillar to post and nobody can help you but meantime all your information now on the computer system of the Earth I can just open the up and see what's going on but they're too lazy to do that but the moment I have paid money for the mistake made by then and now they said nobody know how to correct the situation
