MTN BAD customer service- "service champions" are losers

I took out WIFI with MTN on the 24th of June 2024, i paid R529.10 pro-rata and was told that the next instalment will be debited 04 August for an amount of R429. now MTN has debited my account again on the 4th of July and am struggling to get hold of a consultant to explain. all their "service champions" are sending me from pillar to post and then hang up. I have been trying for more than an hour now and some of them just transfer ma before even listening to what i have to say. the last consultant I spoke to was Cassius and he just transferred me while i was talking, he is very rude that guy. MTN please call me and assist me with this.
