Good Day

I just received corespondence from MTN which is confusing as the name on the statement is not mine and the history of payments and invoices is not mine.

I just double checked with my father and he received notification that he has received this months minutes and data...his line was suppose to turned into a pay as you go on Monday.

I havent heard from you Mike, since Saturday, and just asumed, or rather hoped that after you received all my proof of payments the matter was put to rest.

Sincerely

Sharon Morrison

Good Afternoon Mike I emailed you on the 25th July 2017 to ask whether this matter is now settled and I have not received a response. I received a call from a debt collecting agency on 24 November, Friday stating that MTN handed me over on 23rd November 2017. I have an amount of R3705.58 outstanding. You telephonically told me that once I proof I paid up to the month of February 2017 (the upgrade month), the line would be converted into a pay as you go. And that will settle the matter. Kindly stick to our arrangement and forward the proof that the account has been settled and closed to the debt collector and myself. Sincerely Sharon
