MTN bad customer service.

is there a rating below 1 maybe like -10 as a rating for MTn service. current I have issues with my account/phone I can't make any calls with error messages that no mobile network available after standing for hours to wait for someone to assist. just to get in front and someone telling you that they can't assist I have to come back the next day. today I went back and again hours later they can't assist I have to call MTN from my number????? as mentioned to them multiple times that I can't call the number is not working. their comment please get a different phone to call the Mtn help line. MTN is sooooooooo bad I will not recommend them to any one. I will Def cancel my contract after year with them no custom service still no answer as to how MTN will assist to fix my issues everyone is just standing and sorry can't help. MTN you can't help you are MTN and you are suppose to assist you customers. my number *** if someone from MTN maybe want to do their work and assist.
