MTN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!

Good day Hellppeter.

I'm really now sick and tired of Mtn I have a month a ago put in a requested on my money they owe me However all they did was sent me tickets numbers and references and then I called in again last month they said I must send my confirmation letter with banking information I didas requested iv sent out many emails all they say is there is a back log I called gain they said 3 business days I Wil receive my money Last week the whole week iv sent out emails they kept saying the same thing Now today they sent me the same sms multiple times saying your query has been closed then opened I'm waiting literally two months I have record of all emails and calls made I really want my money

Please assist me it will be highly appreciated.
