MTN bad customer service and ********

In July I had made a cancellation request as I have completed my contract with MTN, however till this day MTN is still billing me for a contact I completed a year ago.I am taking matter further by reporting to help Peter as I have been to MTN stores on many occasions for this matter. After I had completed my contact, I received a call from a sales consultant offering me a month to month data package deal saying I can cancel anytime I wanted to and when I wanted to cancel in July I have a contract and end in September 2023. I’ve been attending to this matter since and I received an sms saying it was cancelled but MTN is still making deductions every month. I’m so disappointed with your services because I’m told a different story every time I query this!!!
