MTN Bad Customer Service

I have just migrated to MTN and I have had such a hard time to get anything from the call center.

I get told different stories every time I call in. I cannot get hold of head office and not even have a manager to call me.

I am really upset with all of this and plan to move back to Vodacom if issues not solved.
