MTN bad customer service

MTN has been of no help with my contract application, I emailed all my documents through last week Tuesday and have still not received a phone call or email regarding my application status, not to mention it is extremely hard to get hold of MTN as they don't answer emails, phone calls or even on their whatsapp number, and I also went into a store and was told they can't help me since I app**** online. I honestly dont know what to do
