MTN bad customer service

I had a contract with MTN that ended in 2020, there was a balance of R117.00 that was owed to them. that amount was paid and the POP was send to the correct department. till today I am struggling to get the account closed iv even ported my number out because i am not getting assistance. iv been calling and sending emails no one has bothered to check up instead it affecting my credit score.
