Mtn bad customer service

Mtn Diamond pavillion mall in Kimberley is really not very helpfull.My father took a contract phone with them,when going back a week later telling them that phone does not have good signal on farm,compared to other one right beside it,they tell him they can send it away to be lookes at.when asking them for a "borrow"phone they just tell him they dont do that. When he went there for a contract they were keen to get it sold to him,now he has problems they just pull up their shoulders. He cannot go without a phone on the farm.it is essential for him.
