MTN - bad customer service!!!

Ive been a customer of MTN for more than 10 years, i didnt pay my account for 1 month & they hand me over to the legal department. This is ridiculous! I want to make a payment but the consultants cant help me as it's been handed over...they cant give me any details wrt my account/bill!!! Ive been requesting for a debit order for months now to no avail. PLEASE i need assistance ASAP. I gave the consultant my husbands number for feedback but Ive not received any!! I need this sorted PLEASE.
