MTN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a very distasteful experience with this company, worst part I am even their customer. There is a ***** account opened on my name at MTN, i reported this matter last year August and to date the matter is not solved. Every time I call to make a follow up I get a different agent who gives me a different story to the previous one and gives me a new Ref number. I am now even blacklisted because of this and they seem to not be taking the matter serious.
