Mtn bad customer service

Communication is not key to Samsung & MTN it seems.

I Pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S9+ from MTN with the promise of a Free Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro. The free Gearfit was the only reason why I app**** for this contract.

MTN is messing around my order because when the phone delivered it didn't come with the watch. I was told to enquire either at the Samsung or Mtn shops. I went to both but with no help whatsoever l. I sent an email complaint and I told I had to claim it through the Samsung Rewards App. I have been trying this to no avail and even the mtn sales agent was unable to assist.

I app**** for the phone on the 06th of August and on the 26th of August 2018, that is when the new phone was delivered without the watch. The mtn sales agent set it up and downloaded the Samsung Rewards App. No option to claim the GearFit. I have tried to contact MTN but that has been pure frustration because no one is willing to tell me where the Samsung gear fit that comes with the S9 phone is.
