MTN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

In February 2017 I took out insurance on my APPLE IPHONE 7 plus, handing in all necessary documents to confirm this. The insurance was for damage, theft or lost. In May 2017 my IPhone 7 was ******, I immediately contacted MTN at Bayside mall to assist me on how we should go about claiming from the insurance. They've advised me that they'll process this and help me where I can which I appreciated. Days, weeks went pass not hearing anything from them. I was very upset and phoned again, then I was told that my phone was never insured by MTN meaning they've never made any arrangements with their insurance to cover for loss, damage or theft of my IPhone 7 plus. I was shocked because the negligence of the employee at MTN Bayside. The employee soon stated that he'll try and fix his mistake which till this day is not fix but anyways. Time passed and we kept on hammering on him to sort it out, later on he gave me the number of the insurance company MTN Bayside work with. I contacted them then the employee there told me that there was no money subtracted from my account for insurance only for a Blackberry Bold 9900 that I issued for years ago. Now I was fuming because I never knew I was paying for a phone that was lying in its box for several years now. MTN never told me that I should cancel the insurance order when I upgrade or when I don't use the phone anymore... So for years they took some of my money without me noticing. Now you ask how me, but how didn't you notice. I am a big client with MTN since way-way back, I've got several contracts with them I think it's between 7 and 9. MTN has dissatisfied me a few times but this might be the last. We are in 2018 already and still no response to the problem, I'm guessing they're waiting for me to upgrade in Nov/Desember and forget about the Bad service they've gave me. But I'm thinking of moving to Vodacom or Cell C with all my contracts just to show them that "clients comes always first"
