Mtn bad coverage

MTN all promises. In 3 months no coverage in our are. Call the call center to report, eish there is a problem. Will be fixed tomorrow. Nothing!! Call Centre staff working from home. Cannot get hold of a supervisor. He will call....... Nothing. We are running a business, cannot do our bookings, get emails or get into the bank to pay our staff. Needs to drive 65 km to get signal that is just at bad, but at least after about an hour you can pay someone including MTN.

Even on busy routes no signal. I can absolutely CANNOT DO WHAT I TOOK OUT THIS CONTRACT OUT FOR. buying Vodacom data over R3000. 00 plus MTN R2750. 00. Cannot afford it but need to keep the company going.

Want to cancel contract, only about 9 months left,nearly R18,000.00 to get rid of bad service.
