MTN bad contract

I've taken out n home Wi-Fi Contract. Due to Load shedding the modem malfunction. I handed it in at Tyger valley MTN upper shop. i called and they said I also must send the LAN cable. This happen in April and May 2022. I haven't received any feedback on the modem and if its been repaired. Haven been using the the modem for months but I still must pay.
