MTN bad connectivity

I called MTN to report a problem with using data on my phone in Betty's Bay. It is running on H+ instead of 4G, so I can not use the phone for a hotspot. First they give you all kinds of options except one to report a problem or speak to an agent. Secondly the agent that I reached at last said that she refreshed whatever, but the problem is still the same. Running on H+. Their technicians should have been on to it and sort the problems. I am not happy.
