Mtn bad communication
So again I even logged a complaint using this measure to get MTN to sort out my clearance coz a staff member of theres somehow allowed ***** to be done on my name! No feedback?
This is absolutely disgusting to wait 8+ Months to get this sorted and low beholde this upgrade was apparently *****ed in 2017 already so it’s over a year !!!! I want all my money back I paid into this ***** thing done on my name because once I realized it was ***** I refused to pay and then I was handed over to MBD and they harassed me ugly and I started paying as I was worried about my credit record but they said to me I would be refunded once the ***** case is sorted it’s been over a year! And the was confirmed with that they notified credit beuro but I never got my letter of clearance, does MTN even care about their reputation? I will have to get the ombudsman’s involved as this has taken so long.

My main issue with the service is that this is not my fault it’s is mtn’s fault , your staff negligence , and no one gets back to me ever??? I’ve never received Any communication except for now I must call in to find out coz ur legal dept ignoring my many emails
