MTN - Bad communication
About a month ago I went into a MTN branch in Vereeniging and app**** for a new contract. The staff told me I would receive a sms stating if I was approved/declined. So I never received an sms and after a month I went back where I was told I was approved and they were still awaiting stock. Which was all good. Today I call MTN again, to apply for another contract when Im told my previous contract I app**** for was declined. So all this time I was waiting for nothing. Can not understand how the store says Im approved straight away but when I call (not the store) a month later they say Im declined.
