MTN bad client service

My home wifi contract ended the second week of November 2023. I try to call MTN cancelation department multiple times and failed to get hold of them. December came and the contract payment was deducted from my account. I have send multiple e-mails to them and the informed me that there are still money outstanding to be paid. No one is getting back to me regarding this matter!! Thanks for the bad client service MTN
