We've perused your account and see that your on the MTN Anytime 200 package. We (MTN) have not offered the bill limit service since March 2010 due to not functioning 100% accurately.
The amount of R1250.40 includes your invoice dated the 1st of April 2015 (R379.00) that returned on the 29th of April 2015 due to insufficient funds & the invoice dated the 1st of May 2015 (R860.00). We will be able to credit you the difference of R481.00 on your invoice dated the 1st of May 2015 for the amount of R860.00.
The credit will reflect within 4 to 5 working days. Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service.
