MTN BAD BAD BAD service

I have been in contact with MTN and we have paid the outstanding bill over 2 weeks back but yet my account is still blocked and my phone is still off is this the way MTN treats their clients and do not give a dame if you call them mail them MTN you are the worst service provider i have ever come across in my 51 years on this planet i think we must start a petision against MTN and have them removed from the company registation because they just dont care about the people that accually pay their bills MTN this is disgusting and i will NEVER EVER use your services again.
